A shared space.
Clear ground rules.
These terms explain how BitPool’s free research and journaling service works.
Last updated · 2 November 2026The service
BitPool publishes market perspectives, trade ideas, holdings commentary, and cycle plans. Only the BitPool publisher creates posts. Members can read and save posts and trade ideas. Membership is currently free, with no payment card or wallet required. Any future paid offering would require separate, clearly disclosed agreement; creating this account does not authorize charges.
Your account
Use an email or sign-in account you control, keep your credentials secure, and do not impersonate another person. Email/password members must verify their address to unlock full posts. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact Support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords, financial account credentials, or recovery phrases in support messages.
Research, not execution or personal advice
Content is general information and the publisher’s opinion. It does not consider your finances, objectives, experience, or risk tolerance and is not personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. BitPool is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or trade-execution service. It does not place orders or manage your money. Read the risk information before using any trade idea.
Reasonable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another member’s data, bypass membership controls, overload the service, exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate BitPool, or use its content to mislead others. You may read and use material for your own research. Do not resell or republish full member posts without permission; rights allowed by applicable law remain unaffected.
Accuracy and availability
Opinions can change. Data, calculations, and third-party feeds may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Example posts and publisher charts are illustrative. Saving an idea does not establish that a trade was executed. Published setups and outcomes are not audited performance records.
We may correct content, change features, or restrict misuse. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, particular returns, or that a trade idea will remain suitable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for your own trading decisions and losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Leaving and contacting us
You can delete your member account using Account & deletion. See the privacy notice for what is erased and retained. Publisher-account closure requires a separate review. Questions or complaints go to the BitPool operator through @litneuron on X. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the current version and update date are available here.
