I cannot verify my email.
Check spam and junk folders. Sign in to BitPool and choose Resend verification email, then open the newest message. Return and choose “I’ve verified my email.” Verification links can expire or already have been used. Google sign-in normally supplies a verified email automatically.
I forgot my password.
On the home page, choose Sign in, then Forgot password. Request a reset for your email and open the newest Firebase email. Set the new password there, return to BitPool, and sign in. If you joined with Google, use Continue with Google; manage your Google password through Google.
Where are my saved ideas?
Use the same sign-in method and account you originally used. ChatGPT/Sites and Google/email identities have separate workspaces, even when their email addresses match. Saved ideas are bookmarks you can revisit from the sidebar.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account & deletion. Google/email members confirm their identity, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion. Your saved ideas and other private workspace data are erased and your Firebase account deletion is requested. ChatGPT/Sites members close their BitPool workspace; their ChatGPT account stays intact. I have a privacy or data request.
DM @litneuron with the type of request: access, correction, export, or deletion assistance. We may verify ownership before acting. Do not post your email address publicly. Self-service deletion does not require X. Publisher account closure needs a separate review of public content.
Market data is delayed or missing.
Check the source and freshness label, then try Refresh market data. Providers can have outages, regional restrictions, or quota limits. BitPool labels delayed or unavailable readings instead of inventing numbers. Verify market prices independently.
